A simple way to forgive

There is a freedom in forgiveness that cannot be felt, traced or copied by synthetic means.  Forgiveness is laced with beauty and such beauty is created in your heart.
Your mind is useful for creating the intention to forgive, without definition, boundaries or rules.  For it is very tempting to be specific and set limitations to how, when, what and towards whom you need to express that forgiveness.
This can create a re-emergence of deep emotional beliefs and restrictions that can block or overwhelm you and send you retreating back to your old self and old hurts without progress or change.
That was  the old way.  This is the new way;  the way of the pioneer.
Instead, let the simple act of being one with the essence of forgiveness  consume you for a moment.
You will find this essence in Nature’s Call.  The sudden spark of birdsong that opens to your ears to awaken you to opportunity; the breakthrough of the sun that  floods your eyes with a light so pure you are suspended in that moment, or the gasp of autumn air that catches your breath and fills you with an unfamiliar dose of inspiration and hope for something unknown.
This call from Nature is not the identification of forgiveness, it is the manifestation of it. For forgiveness to penetrate and heal you need only breathe Nature’s Call to you into your heart.  This is cellular change on a vibrational level and does not require intellectualisation. You can acknowledge the process by pausing, grounding your feet and silently repeating the word “forgiveness” until you feel a change which may be a subtle expansion in your heart or an openness in your chest so you breathing becomes a little lighter and easier.
Then let it go, let it all go, and be at peace with yourself in the knowledge that you have activated deep forgiveness pathways in your body and begun the healing and freeing of energy flow.
For it is not for you to choose who or what to forgive; it is for you to activate the essence of forgiveness in your heart with the help of Nature’s call and then relax into the change you will experience at a core level of your wellbeing.
Be brave baby birds and fly into the sky of forgiveness and the freedom it bestows.
